Neptune Sailing

Neptune Sailing RYA recognised dinghy sailing and powerboat centre on the River Orwell near Ipswich, Suffolk. Photos are shared with permission of those in them.

We offer adult and junior training plus taster sessions for schools and groups. Neptune Sailing works with local schools and youth organisations to provide a range of water based activities. Our courses are RYA recognised and we are licenced by the Adventurous Activities Licencing Authority (AALA). Neptune Sailing youth groups are run on three evenings during the week and provide a continuous prog

ramme of development. A full range of adult courses are available during the season, from RYA Level 1 to Dinghy Instructor.

Calling all juniors! Want to get some sailing practice in before the winter? Look no further than our ‘skills builder week’
🗓️27th - 31st October
⏰ 12-3PM
💳 £110 for the week. Can’t make every day? Drop in for £23 a day.

We will have a qualified instructor and safety boat on the water to give tips and guidance whilst you practice your sailing skills.

- Current experience needs to be minimum of RYA stage 2
- Long wetsuits must be worn as the water temperature is cool
- Minimum of 4 students each day required to run
