St Mary at the Quay - A place to make you smile and feel better A place to make you smile and feel better! Plus somewhere to connect us to our history – and where we come from.

Our project is to regenerate St Mary at the Quay near the Ipswich waterfront to become a beautiful & inspiring Well Being Heritage Centre – open to everyone in the community and providing life enhancing activities for all. Ipswich has always been a very multicultural place - over many centuries people from all over the world have come to Ipswich Waterfront – St Mary at the Quay will be a place to

understand and connect with our forebears. OPEN DAY: For the next three weeks there will be an archeological exploration on the site in the area of the proposed new extension to the church. Daily notices of any finds will be posted on the gate beside the dig. If you would like a closer look and to learn more about the project do come along to the open day! St Mary at the Quay, Ipswich on January 23rd 2012 from 10.30 to 14.30. There will be an exhibition about the project and people on hand to answer questions.
