🗣 Gemma not only works hard for Real Life Options, she always goes above and beyond to promote people with disabilities to be included. Gemma will ask professionals for help and talk with families giving them emotional support and staying back late, working weekends, picking people up, encouraging them and Gemma listens.

This afternoon we had a staff get together at the Hub. We had originally planned a picnic but due to the weather it was safer to move indoors.
It was great to have so many staff members and individuals we support under one roof at once and everyone had a great time!
And to top it off we managed to embarrass the boss with some gifts to congratulate him in his new role.
Thanks to everyone who came along, contributed and just generally made it fun ☺️🥰🥳

** BREAKING NEWS **
Our very own Service Locality Manager, Darren, has accepted a promotion and embarked on a new journey within Real Life Options as the Head of Operations for Scotland North!
As you are all aware, Darren has dedicated many years to Real Life Options starting as a support worker, stepping up to Team Coordinator, before becoming the Service Manager for the Inverurie Service.
I’m sure you will all agree he has done a fantastic job managing the Inverurie Service, and more recently opening up a brand new Day Centre which has so far been a huge success.
Darren will continue to be a huge support to the Inverurie Service and will bring the same level of support to all the other services in his area.
I’m sure you will all join me in congratulating Darren and wishing him all the best in his new role
