Notice and attendance recording for TGP Members Meeting.
5th March at Fly Cup, Burghmuir Drive, Inverurie at 7pm.

As you know we have no funding and had to make several cut backs. We know we need to make a decision on what TGP can do, if anything, to continue as a regulated charity.

Update on
Members Meeting Post

Apologies, the survey button on the mailing list is not functioning, we are working with Mailchimp support to resolve this issue.
This was to record attendance/non-attendance, members details and also numbers for catering purposes.

A new automated request will hopefully be sent out, failing that an email requesting the information will be sent. Please bear with us as we resolve this technical issue, the members meeting will still take place.

We are organising this event to gauge your thoughts on the future of TGP.
As you know we have no funding and had to make several cut backs. We know we need to make a decision on what TGP can do, if anything, to continue as a regulated charity.
Please come along and have your say, there may be a vote at the end of the evening so attendance of TGP members would be welcomed. If you can not make the meeting you can send a proxy vote.
