💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 11th–17th May Theme: Taking Action 💚

Taking action for your mental health can start with one small but powerful step - reaching out for support.

Mental health and addiction are often deeply connected. What may have started as a coping strategy for stress, trauma, anxiety, or emotional pain can slowly turn into dependency and addiction.

At ICR, we understand the challenges that come with unhealthy relationships with alcohol and drugs, and we want people to know that recovery is possible.

Our weekly support groups are a safe space where people can openly discuss both the challenges and rewards of recovery. Together, we support one another, share honestly, and help each other heal from the destruction addiction can bring.
The openness, honesty, compassion, and love shown within our group is truly outstanding - reminding people that they are never alone in their journey.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, take action for yourself or someone you care about. Reach out. Start the conversation. Take the first step. 💚
