Do you have retail leadership experience and a passion for creating a welcoming shopping environment? 🤔

We're looking for a Shop Manager to lead our busy Highland Hospice Shops Falcon Square in Inverness.

🌻 1 Falconer Building Falcon Square, Inverness
🌻 £28,988 per annum
🌻 37.5 hours per week (full time)

As Shop Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the shop and support our fantastic volunteer team, to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise the shop's potential.

From sorting and pricing donations to creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a welcoming retail space. 🛍️💛

We're looking for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in what they do, enjoys being part of a team, and brings creativity and fresh ideas to the role.

Huge congratulations to our Communications Assistant Ryan Macrae and his dance partner Jane Lindsay who were crowned Strictly Inverness champions last night! 🪩🏆

Not only that but they also won their Friday night as well! 🤩

We’d also like to give a big shoutout to our Warehouse Assistant Ronnie Elson who danced his socks off on Thursday night.

The team helped out with a range of tasks behind the scenes, from sorting donation to helping keep everything organised. Their support was a great asset to our retail team.
