On World Su***de Prevention Day, Highlands Psychoanalytic Collective is opening bookings for 'Working at the Limits: Su***de, Organisational Anxiety and the Cost of Not Knowing'.
Please join us, for a thoughtful, supportive day, with consultant psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and group analyst, Dr Rachel Gibbons, a leading voice on the psychodynamics of su***de, self harm and homicide. The day will explore su***de, uncertainty, and the pressures created when systems are asked to predict what cannot be known with certainty.
Bringing Dr Rachel Gibbons to Inverness, creates a rare, locally rooted opportunity to think about su***de, traumatic loss, the limits of prediction, and the pressures carried by people, teams and organisations. We hope the day will be a valuable resource and an opportunity to connect here in the Highlands.
The day is open to anyone working directly with the impact of su***de locally, including NHS, Third Sector, emergency services, social care, local authority, community and faith settings.
