It is used by the community for various groups and events as well as being used for private bookings and for visitors outwith the area. The building houses a main hall/auditorium has a in built stage to one side, a meeting room, a well equipped kitchen, and two smaller all purpose rooms. The changing block has two sports changing areas suitable for home and away teams to utilise, and a general purpose room. There are football and shinty pitches beside the hall, a parking area, and access several glass bottle banks. The Hall is overseen by a small team of residents within Strathnairn who volunteer their time to be on the hall's committee.
