Conor is a local teenager who attended Balloch Primary and Culloden Academy. He has always had such a passion for mountain biking but sadly had a terrible accident which has left him paralysed. He has such determination to get back out doing what he loves and his family are fundraising for bowhead reach bike to enable him to do so.

‼️ R O A D C L O S U R E ‼️

Part of Barn Church Road will be closed for the next 4 days from today Monday 5 October until Thursday 8 October between the hours of 9am-6pm. Please plan ahead for access to Balloch.

Access to the village can be made from Cherry Park.
Access to the Wellside area of Balloch, we have been told can be made via the A96 turn off. Works are currently being carried out at that end, but it is passable.

Please access Balloch Village Hall by travelling down Barn Church Road and onto Cherry Park or up over the Battlefield Road and down Balloch hill.

🌿 Stretch n Soundbath 🌿

Balloch Village Hall

Fancy giving yourself a couple of hours to slow down, switch off and be completely looked after?

Come and join me for a beautiful Slow & Glow Sunday afternoon, a little escape from the busyness of everyday life, combining gentle movement, relaxation, pampering, skincare, coffrr and delicious homemade cakes and a deeply relaxing extended sound bath.

And this month, I've added a little
extra something special… ✨

🌿 A LITTLE TROPIC SKINCARE EXPERIENCE 🌿

When you arrive you'll be warmly greeted by myself and Corrine Mackenzie, Platinum Leader of Tropic Skincare who will introduces you to the gorgeous Tropic skincare range, You'll have the opportunity to try the products for yourself, ask questions and get advice on what might work for your skin. I've neen using Tropic for 7 years and the products are beautiful. Whilst you enjoy hearing about Tropic you'll be served tea/ coffee and a selection of homemade cakes.

And then comes a little bit of pampering… 💆‍♀️
We'll treat your hands to a lovely, softening Tropic scrub followed by nourishing hand cream before we head through for the relaxation part of the afternoon.

🧘‍♀️ THEN IT'S TIME TO SLOW DOWN…

Next door In the main hall we'll settle onto our mats for:

✨ Very gentle stretching
✨ Relaxing breathwork
✨ A guided meditation
✨ An extended sound bath
Allow yourself to be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the gong, ocean drum, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, Koshi and Kenari chimes and rainstick.
No rushing.
No pressure.
No need to be "good" at anything.
Just two hours to breathe, relax, be pampered and enjoy some precious time for YOU.💚

And before you leave, you'll receive a little bag of treats to take home.

This isn't just a stretch class or a sound bath…
It's a Sunday afternoon of slowing down, being spoiled and leaving feeling completely refreshed.
