On Thursday 15th October, Ness Bridge will be illuminated pink and blue to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week. 💗💙

Now in its 23rd year, Baby Loss Awareness Week is a time for bereaved parents, families and friends to remember babies who died during pregnancy, at or soon after birth, and in infancy.

Lighting Ness Bridge pink and blue is a small but meaningful way for Inverness to remember these much-loved babies and the families who carry their loss with them, while helping to raise awareness and break the silence around baby loss.

The 15th also marks the Wave of Light, when people are invited to light a candle at 7pm and leave it burning for at least an hour in remembrance. 🕯️
