💜 Need a Little Help? That's What inSpire Is Here For! 💜
We know that life can be expensive, and sometimes making ends meet isn't easy. Whether it's the cost of school uniforms, keeping children warm through the Highland winter, or simply putting food on the table, there are times when we could all do with a helping hand.
At inSpire, Inverness Cathedral, we're here to make life that little bit easier for individuals and families across our wider community.
💜 What can we help with?
🎒 School Uniforms – Our School Uniform Bank is available all year round. Whether your child has outgrown their uniform, needs something for a new school term or could simply do with a few extra items, we're here to help.
🧥 Winter Jackets, Hats and Gloves – As the colder weather arrives, we want to help keep children and young people warm. If your child needs a winter jacket, hat or gloves, please get in touch.
🥫 Emergency Food Provision – If you're struggling to put food on the table, whether because of an unexpected bill, a change in circumstances or simply because money isn't stretching far enough, we're here to help with essential food supplies.
🥪 Holiday Lunches – During school holidays, we offer lunches to help ease the pressure on families when school meals aren't available.
💜 And here's the really important bit...
We don't ask why you need help.
You don't need to prove anything to us. You don't need to tell us your financial circumstances, explain your situation or meet any particular criteria.
We might ask what size jacket your child needs, which school they attend or what colour uniform they wear, but that's simply to make sure we find the right things for you.
No forms. No means testing. No judgement. No awkward questions. Just kindness. 💜
We understand that asking for help isn't always easy. But please know that inSpire is here for everyone who needs us, and there is absolutely no shame in accepting a little support.
Whether you need one school jumper, a winter coat or some food to help you through a difficult week, you are welcome to ask.
