Need help with disability benefits?

In 2026 to date, ICAB has secured over £ Half a Million worth of benefits for our clients. 70% of this was in relation to claims for Adult Disability Payment. The demand for support with ADP is steadily increasing. We will assist anyone who needs help with ADP. You can help us to help you by:

1. Contacting us ASAP after starting part 1 of your ADP claim, so we can help you with Part 2 of the claim before the deadline (8 weeks after starting your claim)

2. Ensuring you have seen your GP recently, and gather written medical evidence of your health conditions, including the last 2 years of GP records.

We help with new claims, benefit reviews, and with reporting changes of circumstances.
If you’ve been refused a benefit and think the decision is wrong, we can help you to challenge it. We help with all stages of benefit challenges, including representing clients at Tribunal.

We do our utmost to enable everyone who needs help, to access our service.
If you need help with spoken or written English we will access skilled interpreters for you.
If you can’t come to our bureau, e.g. due to health problems, we can work with you by phone or email. We can’t do home visits, but we can signpost you to agencies who can if necessary.
