Next up we're getting creative! Join us for a relaxed journalling and doodling afternoon at the gorgeous Café de Paulo inside WASPS Inverness, where there is absolutely no pressure to be good at anything, no prompts you have to follow and no rules about what it looks like.📓

Bring your own notebook and whatever pens, pencils, materials or crafts you love. We'll have some bits there on the day but notebooks/sketchbooks are a bring-your-own situation!

We got together and played board games 🎲 and honestly? It was such a fun afternoon!

people brought so many games we didn’t come close to getting through them all,which means there’s only one logical solution and that’s doing it again! 👀

articulate was perhaps a little too easy for a room full of ADHD brains that think at approximately 1000mph!⚡

relaxed chat, good company and a lot of laughs, we may have started with a round of something a little bit 18+ 😅 no regrets.

Our first informal Dopamine Dolls get-together is this Saturday and we cannot wait to see you there.

🕧 Meet at the front door at 12.45pm, bowling from 1pm–3pm
📍 Hollywood Bowl, Inverness Retail Park

No need to book, no pressure and no experience required, just turn up and join in. Everyone pays for their own game on the day.

If you haven’t been able to make it to anything for a while, this is the perfect, no-pressure way to come back. Bring a friend if you like!

Our last ever support group is coming up and we would love to see you there one final time 💜

This one feels special. It’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of something new, and we want to mark it with the people who made Dopamine Dolls what it is.

Come as you are. No agenda, no pressure. Just us, together, one last time in this format.
