✨ AUGUST – Release & Renew
A soothing 90-minute session using the foam roller and spiky ball to gently stretch, release and restore. Perfect for letting go of summer tension and easing back into routine.
🦶 SEPTEMBER – Form & Footwork
Our feet are the unsung heroes of our bodies! This wee 45min workshop is designed to mobilise, strengthen, and align the feet and ankles, with exercises that connect foot placement to better posture, balance, and overall movement quality. Ideal for anyone looking to improve stability, ease tension in the legs, or support long-term joint health.
💪 OCTOBER – Foam Roller: Strength & Control
More than just a release tool – this session uses the foam roller to deepen your Pilates practice, challenge your stability, core strength, and refine control. Expect a strong, focused workout with plenty of insight!
🎄 DECEMBER – Festive Fix & Release
Unwind before the holiday rush with this calm and cosy session of gentle movement, breathwork, and deep release… and finish with a wee glass of fizz to toast the season together! ✨🥂
