Since forming in September 2009 we have grown to covering 85 schools / communities covering about 25,000 children. All the schools serve as community First Aid posts to provide immediate essential care. We also work with other groups including the Sanyang Scout Troop and have this year been able to pass on supplies to 2 hospitals, 1 health centre and 7 clinics. In 2014 we appointed Momodou Laineh

as Project Manager / Trainer. He brings vital skills to the team being able to deliver trainings not only in English but also in Mandinka and Wollof. We are always keen to hear from people who can help either fund raising, helping with admin, PR and all the bckground roles as well as helping in Gambia.

Training and restocking with the Glory Baptist School in Old Jeswang in the Kanifing Municipality. The Training went successful,attended by facilitators from the Nursery and the Lower Basic School. All participants certified and the school first aider box replenished. A vote of thanks was delivered by the head mistress, who appreciates First Aid 4 Gambia support.
