It's now only 2 months until the start of the big weekend of music round the town! There will be music playing at 6 venues throughout the weekend, as well as some informal sessions popping up in various places as musicians gather for a jam.
We're looking forward to sharing some of the acts with you soon, so keep your eyes peeled on our social media and look out for posters around Innerleithen.

Why Join Band Camp?

Our Band Camp is designed to inspire young musicians of all abilities in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment.

Our aims:

🎵 Have fun playing music!
🎵 Provide a high-quality course free of charge
🎵 Welcome all brass and percussion players
🎵 Support players of all abilities and backgrounds
🎵 Build confidence, friendships and community spirit
🎵 Keep young musicians playing throughout the summer break
🎵 Offer an exciting opportunity to develop skills through intensive group music-making
🎵 Introduce players to further opportunities such as the Scottish Borders Brass Band Association Workshops and the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland

And most importantly…

🎵 HAVE FUN PLAYING MUSIC! 🎵

✅ Young brass and percussion players of all abilities
