Whether you’re one of our regulars or you’ve never joined us before, we’d love to welcome you this Saturday for a cuppa, a slice of cake and some friendly conversation.

A lovely Saturday morning yesterday ☕️🍰

Sometimes the nicest part of a coffee morning is simply having somewhere to go, seeing familiar faces and having people to chat to.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Activity Companions Coffee Morning yesterday — and to everyone who helps make these mornings happen. ❤️

We love seeing people arrive, settle down with a cuppa and gradually get chatting around the tables.

If you’ve never been before, you don’t need to know anybody before you come. There’s always a friendly welcome waiting for you. 😊

☕️ COFFEE MORNING THIS SATURDAY! ☕️

We’re back this **Saturday 22nd August, 10am–12pm** for another Activity Companions Coffee Morning at the Ile Youth & Community Centre, Frog Lane, Ilminster. ❤️

Our coffee mornings are simply about bringing people together.

Come along for a cuppa, some cake and a chat. Come with a friend, bring a family member, or come on your own — there will always be someone to say hello to.

🌸 Friendly and welcoming
☕ Tea or coffee, biscuits & cake
❤️ Dementia friendly
🤝 A chance to meet people and make new connections
🚗 Plenty of parking

**£3 per person**

There’s no need to book — just pop in anytime between 10am and 12pm.

We’d love to see some familiar faces and hopefully welcome some new ones too. ❤️

☕️ What a wonderful morning! 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at The Activity Companions Coffee Morning today.

We welcomed some lovely new faces, caught up with old friends, shared plenty of conversation and laughter, and simply enjoyed being together.

Mornings like this are exactly what our coffee mornings are all about — a friendly place to come along, have a cuppa and enjoy a bit of company.

I came home feeling very happy and very grateful for the wonderful little community that is growing around us. 🥰

Thank you to everyone who came and made this morning so special. We loved having you with us. ❤️

Come and join us this Saturday, 25th July, from 10am–12pm at the Ile Youth & Community Centre in Ilminster.

"I remembered what it felt like not to worry."

Looking after someone you love can be rewarding, but it can also be hard to switch off.

Sometimes, knowing they're enjoying good company is all it takes to help you relax, catch your breath and have a little time for yourself.

That's what our "For Two Hours..." campaign is all about.

Looking for a friendly place to spend a couple of hours this weekend?

Join us this Saturday from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm at the Ile Youth & Community Centre, Ilminster for tea, coffee, cakes, conversation and a warm welcome.

With the warm weather forecast, we’ll also have refreshing iced coffee and chilled iced water with lemon and lime available to help everyone keep cool.

Everyone is welcome. We’d love to see you!
