Update: the airlock has now been resolved. We are going to leave it to run with all the valves open, therefore the spray may be quite high which we will of course adjust if necessary, later today or tomorrow.

Thank you Liam and Mark from Dakin Developments. And thank you too to Ian our engineer for overseeing.

Further update: Dakin Developments will be with us Wednesday / Thursday to resolve the airlock.

Update: we believe there is an airlock and need another day or so for it to either resolve or we will need get the contractor back.

We are aware that over the last few days, the fountain’s pressure has been down, thus reducing the spray. We have learnt that this can happen after windy weather, in which debris gets stuck somewhere or there’s an airlock.

A small team of us will be there today to resolve this.

The flowerbeds have had their annual jetwash and clean thanks to Paul at JetReady Exterior Cleaning. We are aware that the signage needs some attention - this is not as a result of the clean - we are looking into this. I might be getting my paint brush out!
