Due to a rather dismal weather forecast for the next two weeks, we have decided to postpone the annual Duck Race and BBQ to Wednesday 24 June 2026.

The water levels could become high and it wouldn’t be safe for our ‘pirates’ to be in the river rescuing ducks. Also, it’s not much fun eating soggy burgers!

Please mention it to your friends and neighbours, who may not have seen this update. Thank you.

We accept cash and cards for burgers and sausages, with veggie options available.

Please remember that there is no parking at Weir Cottage.
