An end to the 2025/26 season and we finished as Runners Up to the Hunts Youth League - Official Division C. An amazing effort by all the boys and girls in the team and we are all extremely proud in what they have achieved, playing with pride and respect.

Some great moments and we look forward to the 26/27 season as U14.

I get asked a lot by parents why their child looks great in the garden but "hides" a bit during matches.

Usually, it’s not a lack of talent; it’s just a lack of "safe" repetitions. In a big team environment, kids are often scared to try a new skill because they don't want to lose the ball and let the team down.

At EFD, we make the "mistakes" part of the process. Monday's session is all about 1v1 mechanics—giving them the tools to beat a man and, more importantly, the confidence to actually try it when Saturday comes around.

If you want to get them involved for the rest of this 4-week block, we’re back at Priory Park on Monday.

It’s our last game before Christmas and the Spartans U13 play at home on Saturday for a top-of-the-table head-to-head clash with Huntingdon Rowdies Green. Should be a great game and it’s been a great season so far.
