A great time was had by all at The George Hotel at Chollerford. A sumptuous lunch was followed by a very enjoyable afternoon of Duplicate Bridge.

On Monday evening we were pleased to be able to thank last year's President, April Bell, for leading the club so magnificently over the past twelve months.

April has been a member of the club for the past 30 years. We look forward to her continued involvement.

Congratulations to Norman Bell and Moira Durnell who were awarded certificates and prizes by Club President, April Bell, for getting the highest score in the Tuesday afternoon Chicago Bridge sessions in 2024-25.

We're hugely grateful to Corbridge Bridge Club who recently raised £345 at a fundraising event.

What a pleasure to meet Peggy and Sara when they called in to HQ with the cheque.

For anyone interested, the club meets Monday evenings and Tuesday afternoons at the Corbridge Parish Hall in St Helen's Street. They were keen to let us know that visitors and new members are most welcome, whether experienced players or not - so do get in touch with them if you're interested in joining.

Thirty seven people attended our fabulous Christmas party on 16th December. They all enjoyed a wonderful selection of seasonal food and drink. A fun-packed afternoon of Aggregate Bridge followed and £253 was raised for Tynedale Hospice at Home in the raffle.
