What people are saying:
*Brilliant, excellent, so moving, so glad we came. Had a lovely meal beforehand too. (Lynne Thomas & Julie Watt)
*Just want to say how much we enjoyed the performance last night (10/9). Congratulations to the cast - not a weak link among them. Thanks (OTI) for an excellent meal and all so well organized too. Very much appreciated. (Steve & Judie Burman)
*'This is so well written and performed, no-one in the audience can fail to be moved. We all knew about the Schiller, but the Theatre Club’s excellence brings home the deep shock and sorrow felt by everyone in the Islands. I must also mention the extraordinary special effects designed by Jack and his team. It’s a very small stage at the Old Town Inn, and what is achieved is quite remarkable. Please don't miss it! It really is a complete triumph'. (Barbara Simpson)
*'Huge congratulations to St Mary's Theatre Club for this excellent production telling the story of the Schiller - very moving'. (Ce Hicks)
*'i went to see this fabulous production a couple of weeks ago. The small cast enact the tragic event in a most convincing and compassionate way. I heartily recommend that you go and see it, you'll find yourself immersed in the storytelling and invested in the characters.
Footnote: the food was pretty good!' (Alison Gardner)
