Today is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is 'Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change'.

At S2R, we know how important it is for people to feel listened to, understood and supported. Everyone's experience of mental health is different, and sharing our stories can help others feel less alone, challenge stigma and show the importance of being heard.

The quotes shared in this post reflect the experiences of our participants and the difference support can make in people's lives.
