Empower You is a community initiative based in West Yorkshire, dedicated to building a robust network with other local projects to support and assist adults in their personal and career development. By fostering connections with a variety of community projects, Empower You aims to create a collaborative environment where resources and expertise are shared for the greater benefit of individuals wit

hin the community. The initiative organises a wide range of workshops, events, and programs designed to provide adults with valuable skills and opportunities for growth. These activities are tailored to address both personal and professional development needs, ensuring participants have access to comprehensive support. In addition to its own offerings, Empower You also harnesses the unique skills and services provided by other local projects, creating a synergistic approach to community empowerment. Empower You specifically targets adults aged 22 to 60, recognizing the diverse challenges and aspirations within this age group. The goal is to assist and empower these individuals, providing them with the necessary tools and support to become the best versions of themselves. Through its network and activities, Empower You strives to make a meaningful impact on the lives of community members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-development.

I want to set you up for success with our next event on Friday 9th January 2026

This chapter of Gather & Grow will help women understand the difference between motivation and discipline, the power of habit tracking, how to begin their healing journey and how to spot toxicity with friendships and relationships.

Followed by setting your own attainable goals before you leave.

Tickets will include a comforting hot or cold drink, homemade vegan soup to warm the soul and cake because that makes us happy right?

Last night was the launch of Gather & Grow. An event that provides a safe space for women to feel empowered and network.
