Pursuit of Happiness CIC Community Interest Company Pursuit of Happiness CIC is a Kirklees based not for profit organisation.

We have an ambition of making Huddersfield and beyond a more harmonious place in which our community are able to thrive in. We exist to make a difference for people of African descent across Kirklees, surrounding areas and Nationwide. Equality, diversity and inclusion should be equally guaranteed for all without regard to race. We are currently funded by Unite the Union, Safer Communities, Thornto

n & Ross, One Community, Kirklees Ward Councillors and Ashbrow Garage, which we are most grateful for. Without their support we would not be able to provide the community with the value of content/topics within our weekly Online Community Centre and our Saturday Skills School. Systemic and institutional racism along with oppression is and has always been prevalent in the UK regarding people of African descent, this must and has to change now!
