Cubs indoor camp ‘26 🏅
The Cubs had a fantastic weekend at Melton - playing nerf, making pizza, board games, hikes and Winter Olympic themed activities.

Kicking off Christmas with a bang!

The Squirrels and Beavers have had the best festive day. They have crafted, played and ate till their festive hearts were full! Even Santa paid a visit🎅🏽

Christmas dinner for 50? - smashed it 🥳

This event would not have been possible without all the volunteers and young leaders who have: helped run activities, cooked and helped the day run smoothly. Thank you!

We're gearing up for another amazing year of Scouting. And we need your help.

Here are just some of the volunteer roles that require support for us to keep going. Whether you can offer an ongoing commitment or just a few hours here and there - whatever time you can spare will be appreciated - yes, by us, but mostly by your kids.

⚜️ Weekly meetings - turn up and help or plan, organise & deliver
⚜️ Camping assistance (DBS required) (not necessarily with your child)
⚜️ Social media support
⚜️ Cleaner (once a month)
⚜️ Equipment management (Quartermaster) (storage, cleaning, repairs and purchases)
⚜️ Vehicle assurance (Minibus & trailers) (insurance, tax, MOT, servicing and storage)
⚜️ Building maintenance
⚜️ Fundraising
⚜️ Risk management

We're on the lookout for parent volunteers to help with fundraising - a bit like a PTA for Scouts. Especially useful would be if you have experience of events management, local business contacts or some fab ideas! 💡
