🚨 SK WINTER 2027 NEWS CONTINUES! 🚨

Following the announcement of our return to the WGUK: Winter Guard United Kingdom Open Class, we're beyond excited to welcome Dean Broadbent & Evan Zubkovs back to Southern Knights for the 2027 season! 🔥

Dean and Evan first became part of the Southern Knights family back in 2007, with Dean continuing to play a huge role in the organisation through to 2013. Now, they're returning to help lead us into an exciting new era.

This October they'll be heading to the UK and will work alongside our creative team as we begin designing and building our 2027 production. And that's only the start...

Throughout the winter they'll be working closely with the Guard as consultants, advisors, and mentors, helping shape every step of our journey back to Open Class.

We're incredibly excited to welcome them back to Southern Knights and can't wait to share what we're creating together.

2027 is coming… and it's going to be something special. ⚔️🔥

☀️ Rehearsals Cancelled Due to Hot Weather ☀️

Following advice regarding the current hot weather conditions, we have made the decision to cancel today's rehearsal and also this coming Thursday's rehearsal for SK Stars - Additional Needs Colour Guard

The safety and wellbeing of all our members is our priority, and with the high temperatures expected, we feel it is best to avoid any unnecessary risk.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank everyone for their understanding. Please stay safe, keep hydrated, and take care in the heat.

Last weekend we celebrated the end of a very successful 2026 WGUK: Winter Guard United Kingdom contest season with the members from all 3 SK units partying the night away 🥳🤩

Congratulations to our two Member of the Year award winners (voted for by the members themselves) Hallie in the Cadets and Maggie in the A Guard who were presented with their awards on the party night 👏

We now move into our summer programme of rehearsals and it's an ideal time to come along and see if colour guard it the activity for you 🫶
