Dog Walkers Beware, the grass seeds are very dry and are dispersing. These can be dangerous if they get into your dogs fur especially their feet or ears.
This one was removed from a doggy visitor yesterday by an emergency vet after the dog was very distressed .
Be careful out there !

Tough for plants (and people!) in this weather. But some of the Davis Park stalwarts are giving it their best go. Always bits of shade somewhere in the park too.

What a difference a couple of hours, a few friends and a pile of bark clippings can make 😊

If you glance to the left as you walk into the park along the tarmac path you will see this pretty allium which has escaped under the fence from a neighbouring garden. Nature finds a way!
