• Taking the time to listen to a child’s wishes and guide them in the best decision. Work with parents to make suggestions and ensure the child’s wish will be something they never forget

• Whatever the situation or background of a child and their family, we will find something that meets their personal needs

🎉 Join us at Funday Sunday !! 🎉

This Sunday on the 5th July we will be at Horsham Rotary Funday Sunday we’d love for you to come and say hello !!!!!

Come and visit our stall we have lots of activities including:
🤞A lucky dip
🎨A craft area where you can paint beach stones and wind chimes
🌳 A tree of hope, where you can leave a message or wish someone well who is affected by cancer
🍭 Sweet cones for sale

We will also be there to chat about the charity, share information about the support we provide, and answer any questions you may have.

Weather you are popping by for some family fun or simply say hello, we’d love to see you !!!!

Hello everyone👋 !!!

My name is Louise, and am delighted to join the team for Jane’s wish. I will be helping with the social media sharing updates about our work, upcoming events, fundraising activities and much more.
A bit about me…I love connecting with people, being social and I love creating. I am currently studying a degree in marketing. Outside of work and studying, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family but I also love a bit of me time as well, weather that’s going to the local coffee shop , going to the gym or watching my fave shows.

I am excited to be part of Jane’s Wish team and I look forward to share Jane’s Wish Journey with you all. ❤️

Robinson Drama Academy are performing The National Theatre Connections play ‘Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth, Macbeth’ at the Eastbourne Grove Theatre on Saturday 28th March at 5pm. All donations on the day are kindly going to Jane's Wish.

What a year 2025 has been for our little charity! Some highlights for us were...

✅️ Hiring out Duke of York's Picturehouse for our annual Christmas film showing for patients at Brighton Hospital's oncology ward 📽
✅️ Running a stall at Horsham's Funday Sunday, meeting local people and filling a Mini with balloons 🎈
✅️ Partnering with Brighton Therapy Centre to offer our clients free counselling 🗣
✅️ Receiving donations from local organisations like Tanbridge House School, that helps keep us running 💰
✅️ Cheering on our runner Ryan Tee at Brighton Marathon Weekend 🏃‍♂️

But most of all, providing days out to families in Sussex affected by cancer. The physical, emotional and financial impact it has on parents, and children in particular, is extremely difficult to deal with. If we can give them just a little break from that, and a few smiles, then we have done our job.

Jane Manuel knew how much family time meant, and cancer or not, family days out were always a priority. This is what drives the vision of Jane's Wish! We look forward to helping more families in 2026 - Happy New Year! 🎉

We had a fantastic afternoon at . Organised with the help of the team at Royal Alexandra Hospital oncology ward, we invited families for a special private screening of The Polar Express. It was lovely meeting them in person and sharing how Jane's Wish can supoort them. This is now the second year we have ran the event, and something we would like to continue with for the forseeable. Thanks to everyone involved for making it happen ❤️
