Happy Birthday today to one of our wonderful Ambassadors, Matt Smith of Webtrends Optimize, who really does go above and beyond to support the Starr Trust and the work we do with young people!🤩🥳

Last year Matt organised and conquered the Coast to Coast Challenge for the Starr Trust raising an incredible sum of money as a team!👏

This year he's preparing to take on another mega bike ride challenge in September across some of Scotland's toughest terrains - along with a group of other keen cyclists with varying levels of experience🚴‍♂️🚴🚴‍♀️

It's going to be a huge personal undertaking for each and every cyclist and we are so grateful to Matt and all who are taking part.

It's been quite a week for British athletics – and we're looking ahead to one of Britain's greatest sporting legends.

Daley Thompson CBE joins us at Best of British Tunbridge Wells on Friday 9 October for an afternoon of stories, insight and plenty of sporting memories.

A two-time Olympic champion and one of Britain's greatest ever athletes, Daley is sure to make this a lunch to remember.

⭐Meet River, one of the amazing young people we support!

River has been playing tennis since she was just 4, and with support from the Starr Trust for coaching and equipment, she has continued to thrive, recently being featured in The Argus for her fantastic achievements! 📰

River is just one of the many young people whose lives have been changed through the generosity of our supporters. Every penny raised for the Starr Trust goes directly towards helping young people like her reach their full potential💛

12 Hours. One Game. One Charity. ⚽️💥

The BHASVIC Women's Football Academy are playing one continuous futsal match for a mammoth 12 hours straight, all in aid of The Starr Trust! 🤩

They've already raised nearly £1,500 in fundraising - an unbelievable effort. Please help them go even further and show some support as they take on this mega challenge!😅
