Weald Community Fridge

08/08/2026

We have changed our Sunday opening hours to 12 - 1.30pm (previously 10 - 11.30am). This is because there has been a change to the time we can collect our food donation on Sunday mornings. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

We’re currently looking for volunteers to support our Community Fridge Project 🌱

You can simply get involved whenever you’re available to give your time. We have a range of flexible shifts:

• Wednesday mornings: 9:30am – 12:00pm - this role involves accepting delivery of food from a regular supplier and preparing a freezer list, so some basic IT skills are helpful.

• Thursday & Sunday mornings (Community Fridge Shop): 9:15am – 12:00pm

• Saturday mornings: 9:00am – 11:30am/12:00pm - this role requires access to a car, as it involves collecting from three superstores and preparing a freezer list, so some basic IT skills are helpful.

If you’re interested in finding out more, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange a time to chat. You’re very welcome to come along and see what we do before making any commitment.

Thank you for your interest— We hope to hear from you soon! Julie & Mike
