2026 marks 60 years since Houghton Field was purchased for the benefit of the village.

SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOW DUE FOR 2026/27 for all existing 100 Club Members and we would be delighted to welcome new members to join and support the facilities on Houghton Field.

A subscription of £12:00 per year, buys 1 entry into each monthly draw.

There are 12 cash prizes each month totalling £185:00, with a top prize of £50:00.

There is no limit to the number of numbers that you can have in the 100 club.

Once the prize money is paid, the 100 Club money goes to support Houghton Field Association a registered charity to maintain the field on behalf of the village.

History

HOUGHTON ON THE HILL 100 CLUB

The '100 club' exists due to the courage and far-farsightedness of a handful of Houghton on the Hill villagers in 1966 who purchased a field on Weir Lane, this was vested in a charitable trust in perpetuity for the whole village.

In order to purchase the land a number of public-spirited villagers guaranteed the required loan and the 100 Club was born, whilst this loan has long since been paid off ongoing revenue is required to for the upkeep of the Weir Lane Field by Houghton Field Association .

The ‘100 club ‘has since its inception raised over £67, 000 to support the facilities on the playing field and donates each year all of the money raised, which is over and above the monthly draws, towards the upkeep of the field.

Please consider joining the 100 Club and support the Field fundraising ( with a chance to win ) for just £12.00 per year.

Please contact via email or directly. If you need Bank details to pay online, reminding of your numbers, subscription collection or to join.
