Well it’s official, we raised £1772.24 for Children with Cancer UK.

Just like that the Gin Night is over and was a complete sell out! I am yet to count how much money we have raised, but I know it was above £1000, which is incredible!
I just want to say a massive thank you to all who came, donated raffle prizes and lent me ice buckets!
All of which was much appreciated.

Cabin Pressure Spirits are a husband and wife team that produce delicious vacuum distilled gin in their cunningly repurposed garden shed in Horsham. Each 25 litre batch is prepared using the finest botanical ingredients that are ground by hand before being steeped in organic grain spirit for 48 hours. Distillation is carried out at ambient temperature using a vacuum method, which preserves more of the complex flavours that may be lost using traditional high temperature techniques. The result is a remarkably smooth and flavoursome gin that makes exceptional G+Ts and sophisticated cocktails. Every bottle produced by Cabin Pressure is finished by hand and presented in an elegant ceramic crock. Only when David and Emily are 100% satisfied are they individually numbered and wax sealed.
