What an evening, the Greatest one might say 😉

Thank you so much to A Million Dreams - The Greatest Shows for such a spooktacular double show tonight. It was a joy to steward for you and thank you for judging the Best Dressed competition. Tic Tac Rose and Baron Paul won spooky goodie bags from Your Horsham businesses!

Our next Your Horsham Focus Group is coming up on Monday 9 November, and this time we’ll be meeting at Chai Haus on East Street from 9.30am to 11am. ☕️

These monthly catch-ups are a chance for BID businesses to hear what’s happening, ask questions, share feedback and chat with the BID team and other town centre businesses in a relaxed setting.

This month, we’ll be covering any final Christmas Launch Party queries, checking in on plans for the event, and starting to look ahead to 2027, including the events and training you’d like to see next year.

We’re also looking for businesses to host future Focus Groups in 2027, so if you’d be interested, please drop Laura an email. 📧

And while we’re keeping things spooky, remember there’s more Halloween fun coming to the Carfax this Friday 30 October.

Horsham District Council’s Friday Lates Halloween special, A Million Dreams to A Million Screams, will be at the Carfax Bandstand from 6–8pm, with a Greatest Showman tribute followed by a high-energy Halloween production.

So if you’re heading in, make an evening of it and enjoy a little spooky season in Horsham Town Centre. 🎃

We know, we know…it’s still October. 🎃

But this week, Christmas light installations begin in Horsham Town Centre. There’s a lot more to getting the town ready for Christmas than simply flicking a switch 😂, and with our Christmas Launch Party on Friday 20 November, the preparations need to start now so everything is ready in time. 🎄

So if you spot lights going up over the next few days, don’t panic. We’re not trying to rush you through autumn just yet! It’s simply the start of all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into getting Horsham ready for the festive season. 🦌

And by 20 November? We’ll be very glad we started early. ✨

A quick heads-up if you’re heading into Horsham Town Centre today. 💡

A power cut is currently affecting some businesses around parts of the Carfax and Piries Place, while plenty of others are open and trading as normal. ⚡️

The affected area currently includes businesses from around ASK Italian towards Connells Estate Agents, along with parts of Piries Place and some neighbouring units. If you’re making a special trip to visit a particular business in one of those areas, it may be worth checking with them first before setting off.

UK Power Networks is currently reporting that power should be restored between 5pm and 6pm, if not earlier. In the meantime, Horsham Town Centre is still very much open, so please do keep supporting our local businesses while the issue is being resolved. 🛍️🍽️

A little sneak peek at one of the things you’ll find at our Christmas Launch Party on Friday 20 November… 👀

We’ll have a living snowglobe in the town centre as part of the evening’s entertainment, bringing a bit of wintery fun to the event. 🌨️

It’s just one of the things happening across Horsham that night, alongside live acts, music and much, much more! We’ll be sharing more details as we get closer, but for now, consider this your first little preview. 🤩

Another tasty addition to Horsham’s ‘Eat Street’ 🇬🇷

A warm welcome to Greek Gyros Spot, now open on East Street and adding something new to an area already packed with places to eat and drink.

Serving authentic Greek food from their new town centre spot, they’re a great excuse to add somewhere different to your next lunch, dinner or takeaway list.

It’s always brilliant to see another independent business opening its doors in Horsham, and East Street is certainly living up to its foodie reputation.
