I don't have the words to explain how much this means to me. As an authors meeting, chatting to and getting to know the people who read my books is the one thing that makes it worthwhile.
I'm sure you know the feeling, you've made something a cake, a meal, a dress, a card ... Or you pruned the hedge or re tidied the bookcase ... You really want someone to tell you that the hours you poured into it were well spent, that they liked what you made.
It's one of the reasons we ask for reviews.
