Horley Lions ClubServing the Community Since 1963:
The Horley Lions Club, established in 1963, has a long and proud history of serving the needs of our growing community. We began with a small group of 15 dedicated individuals committed to helping those less fortunate. Today, our club boasts around 40 members from diverse backgrounds, united by a passion for making a positive impact. Expanding Our Reach:
Initially focused on Horley, we recognized the rising needs in surrounding areas like Redhill and Reigate. This led us to extend our fundraising and welfare activities, encompassing these districts and nearby villages. We believe everyone deserves support, and we strive to make a difference wherever possible. Lions with Heart:
Our members are the heart and soul of the club. We are not extraordinary people, but ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Driven by enthusiasm and a love for getting involved, we find joy in creating positive change while having fun along the way. Making a Difference:
Through various fundraising events, we raise money that goes directly to supporting good causes within our community. We organize local events, provide direct assistance to individuals and groups, and proactively respond to emerging needs. Every penny counts, and we are committed to maximizing our impact. Join Us:
If you share our desire to serve and make a difference, we invite you to join us. Become a Lion and discover the rewarding experience of helping others while building meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
