Dunkeswell Village Hall news : Village Hall Roof Update; East Devon District Council

We are pleased to share that the Village Hall has now been successfully reroofed by Ridge Roofing. This important improvement was made possible through generous part‑funding from the East Devon District Council Community Fund and the Bernard Sunley Foundation. We extend our sincere thanks to both organisations for their support in helping maintain this valued community space.

Would like to thank visitors and helpers that came to the Walking Treasure Trail last Sunday - hope you enjoyed the new format. It was a lovely day with a few teams completing the clues along the walk and then came back for a lovely BBQ , complete with ice-cream and drinks - all enjoyed in the sunshine! Our next event is a murder mystery on 17th October so keep your eyes peeled for the poster!
The hall secured funding recently to have the roof repaired, which is undergoing at present and is why there is scaffolding up.
