If you have any questions or want to find out how we can support you—no pressure, just friendly help come along to our next group meeting taking place on Wednesday 2nd September, 1-3pm at Abakhan Café, Coast Road, Llanerch-y-Mor, Mostyn, Flintshire, CH8 9DX.

There’ll also be refreshments and a light lunch provided.

The session is 60 minutes long and will explore the hidden effects of brain injury and the rehabilitation journey.
