Sadly my knee is not getting better on its own so need to get it checked. Consequently I will have to cancel FitSteps for the next few weeks, I am so sorry and feel very frustrated. As soon as my knee is working well I will let you know and we can get back to jiving and waltzing etc. Some new moves and music ready and waiting! Conky💃

Fitsteps has now finished for the holidays. Thanks to you all for venturing out on cold, dark evenings and making the classes such fun. We will start again on Tuesday 9th January. I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy, safe and healthy new year🎄🎁🎅🏻🎉🎶💃🕺
