This World Mental Health Day, we want to remind you that you don’t have to reach breaking point to ask for support.

You don’t need to compare what you’re going through with anyone else. If something is affecting you, it deserves time, care and a space to be heard.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before your first session. You might know exactly what’s been troubling you, or you might just know that something doesn’t feel right. Both are enough.

We are refreshing our charity’s Mission Statement at Tilehouse Counselling and would like your views!

We have a short 3 minute survey ask your opinion on a Mission Statement we have already worked on - and an opportunity to suggest changes (or a better one!) if you have ideas.

The survey is open until 1pm 18th September and we are keen to hear from as many people as possible so please feel free to share the consultation. You do not need to have previous knowledge of our service to participate!

All participants have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw for a £50 voucher of their choosing (there will be 3 up for grabs!)
