Hello everyone! So the council meeting to agree or deny the new Vehicle Activated Sign for the South Bound carriageway is due this month. I have messaged Stuart Bonner - Surrey Police to find out when it will happen. Please do also message him to add weight to my request!

Please see attached link wherever anyone can report dangerous driving/speeding/loud exhausts etc etc. if we keep reporting the problems we are more likely to get some police patrols in the area.

Morning everyone! After walking to Grayshott this week it reminded again how unsafe the A333 and Grayshott roads are with the speed limit often completely ignored by drivers. As there are limited options available to us on the A roads I have requested the council fit warning “School” road signs by Undershaw and Stepping Stones and also “elderly” signs for the existing nursing home and new one on the way! Hopefully this might urge drivers to slow it down a bit and try to keep the elderly and young in our community safe. We haven’t received any updates on when the new VAS sign will be fitted for the southbound carriageway and if the police have managed to recruit a new safety reduction officer so will send more emails and hopefully report back soon!
