Here’s some information about paced bottle feeding, our evidence based recommendation for how to bottle feed a breastfed baby. Have you ever tried bottle feeding this way?

It’s also important to remember that just because there’s a full bottle, that doesn’t mean baby will drink it all! Breastfed babies know when they are full, so resist the urge to “get them to finish the last bit”.

Just finished a lovely little support group in Earl Shilton, featuring two awesome mamas and their gorgeous babies (and one fabulous big sister!)

Here’s a great post about “wonky winding”, which can be a helpful option for those tricky to wind babies. Stay tuned for more info about cup feeding and paced bottle feeding for breastfed babies.

The wonderful and are long term advisors of this technique. If you don't already follow them, go..now!
Basically, wind in the tummy is much more easily brought up if the baby is tilted to their left and slightly forward (which is usually the opposite of how we hold to wind!)
