What happens after diagnosis?

A lot of the focus is on getting an ADHD assessment and receiving a diagnosis.

But what about afterwards?

Getting the diagnosis doesn't automatically mean you suddenly know how to manage ADHD day to day.

So we're asking the group:

What is one thing you wish someone had told you about ADHD after you were diagnosed?

It could be about:

• Work
• Relationships
• Money
• Sleep
• Medication
• Organisation
• Motivation
• Managing emotions
• Or just getting through everyday life

No long answers needed.

Just one thing. 👇

Your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
