Led by a qualified instructor, our weekly exercise class provides MS-specific sessions delivered at varying levels of ability, whether you use a wheelchair, walking aids, or walk independently. We focus on maintaining and improving balance, reducing fatigue, and increasing cognitive skills. Regular exercise, especially as part of a group, is also proven to have a positive effect on your mental health and emotional wellbeing. All followed by a cuppa and a chat! coffee, cake & chat! "Our monthly coffee morning is a safe and welcoming space to meet new people and build wonderful friendships.
