We want to say a huge thanks to our assistant coaches and workforce, all volunteers, for the incredible support they have given us, the team, and the project this season.

To those out with us in Florida, what a wild ride! Thanks for taking it all in your stride, the highs and the lows are our and ours alone, what a privilege it was to be stressed together and figure it all out.

Julie , our assistant coach and welfare lead, your compassion shines through always.

Luce, our strength and conditioning coach, always there to build the athletes up, physically and mentally.

Gavin, our team medic hopefully your love for the sport has grown through this experience, we couldn't have done it without you holding the team together, sometimes literally.

At home we got additional support from Hattie, who started as a participant and finished helping choreograph the fiddly bits, Ellen, Jemma and many more.

Thanks for the dedication, the kind words shared, the subtle and the loud moments.

Today the worlds first Para Sport Cheer team showcased at the ICU World Championships.

Every athlete on this team is disabled and has been classified under the ICU - IPC draft clasification system. This exhibition is a step towards building a pathway for the possibility of cheerleading one day becoming Paralympic recognised.

This week marks the 10 year anniversary of the first Adaptive Abilities division, which involves disabled and non-disabled athletes working together on a team, showcasing at the 2016 ICU World Championships.

We are so excited for the new opportunities being created for disabled athletes in our sport and hope this showcase will inspire others.

Thanks so much to all our supporters, partners, and sponsors who have helped make this a possibility.

Also thanks to the UK cheerleading home nations and their umbrella body Sport Cheer UK.

Day two of training in Florida finished. Thanks so much to for partnering with us to support this programme and help our athletes keep cool in the Florida heat with these incredible logoed training kits, they looked great too.

We also had a quick visit from of our trustee and long time friend of disability inclusion in cheerleading. She shared her wisdom from years within the industry and reminded us of the shared mission we all have to see more inclusive opportunities within the sport.

Our Coaches and staff also got in on the action today putting puma quick stunt for the camera and showing off their Varsity polo shirts.

What a great first day of in-country with our para sport cheer showcase team. Training together at with a special momentary appearance from Matt McDonough sharing his experience of how to yell from the belly.

Then a group trip to Blaze Pizza (for those who still had energy) to chat and share one of the best recovery foods around. The tradition of eating at Blaze on Saturday night at Worlds has been habitual for our coaches and since the earliest Adaptive Abilities teams, a precursor to this new opportunity in para sport style cheerleading, and it's lovely to share that old tradition with new participants.

Tomorrow we will be on the field at All-Star Sports in the late afternoon. If you're around come say hi.

We just had a great chat with Delphine from https://iwheel.us/ who is going to do something really special for our Paralympic Cheerleading Showcase team this April. They currently ship to the US and Canada so if you're in those regions and want options to decorate your wheelchair it's really worth checking them out.

Style your wheelchair everyday, like you do with your beautiful self. Smart and fun accessories to match your chair with your mood, your style, your YOU!

Some snippets from our Team ParaCheerGB training last weekend, thanks to for filming and putting it together for us.
We got through a huge chunk of the choreography this weekend and are feeling on track for our showcase at Worlds 2026 in April.
We had a few new faces join the team, and you might also spot our special guest who joined us for a session, more about that later.
