A bit about us...

We're a small (too small) group of parents, staff, friends and carers.

We get together regularly to organise events for the children of Westfield Infant School and their families.

We raise money for the school through our events and through other sources.

We are a registered charity.

We make new friends and support each other. Some of those friendships we make have continued for many years.

We care about the children of Westfield Infant School and we want to help to make their time here fun.

We help to build the futures for our children and many other children.

We learn and grow.

Our problem right now is that there's not enough of us to do all the things we'd like to do. We have lots of ideas and dreams of what we like to do and we have lots of plans of what we'd like to raise money for. We need more people - parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, carers, neighbours, staff. Anyone that could spare a little bit of their time to help to make a difference.

Most of our planning and organising is done during school hours whilst our children are in school. Our events are often after school hours. If you think you can help us or if you know someone who can then please contact the school office or message us on here.

Please share our page and our posts and invite your family and friends to join us.

Sadly, we had to postpone yesterday's AGM due to low attendance. We're currently a very small team and we really need more members!

We really need your help to save WISA!

After the half-term break we'll be telling you more about what we do, how we do it, why we do it and how you can help us.

Joining WISA does not mean attending every meeting or event, it's about giving whatever time you can to help the school and the children.

We need parents, grandparents, carers, friends, anyone that cares about Westfield Infant School.

It's not a formal Association (other than the AGM) and is a great way to meet other parents and to make new friends.

Please give some time to think about how you may be able to help us and please spread the word!
