We are seeking a passionate and organised individual who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and structure, someone who can design engaging, high-quality programmes while also coordinating their delivery effectively across a network of volunteers.
This role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and work alongside volunteers, colleagues, and external organisations to enhance and expand programme opportunities. You will be proactive and adaptable, able to respond to emerging needs while maintaining a clear focus on strategic priorities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects will be essential.
Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values, and who is motivated to support the holistic development of boys and young men, helping them to grow physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally and spiritually, and to reach their full potential.
