When two of Gladys' children were living with painful disabilities, her family felt there was no hope.

With limited income and no clear path forward, the future looked uncertain.

But through the support of our local partner, Dreamland Mission Hospital, one unexpected opportunity changed everything. 💖

What followed was a journey of healing, new beginnings... and, perhaps surprisingly, a few chickens. 🐔

Today, Gladys' story is a beautiful reminder that lasting change doesn't always happen in the way we'd expect.

👉 We’re delighted to share that Chris Blackham has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Project Possible!

Chris will join us at the beginning of September, succeeding Dave Pepper following his retirement.

With more than 20 years of experience in the charity sector, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in fundraising, international project management and leadership. Throughout the recruitment process, his heart for God and passion for seeing communities flourish shone through, and we're excited to see how God will lead Project Possible through him.

The staff and Trustees are looking forward to welcoming him to the organisation, and we know that, in due course, he will be delighted to meet with many of you, our faithful supporters. ✨

Please pray for Chris as he prepares to join our team in September, that he settles well into his new role.

For the second year in a row, friends and neighbours came together for Debbie and Ruth’s . With sunshine, fresh scones, and plenty of conversation, it was a special time to reconnect, share about Project Possible’s mission, and enjoy being together as a community ✨

💖The 31 Challenge is helping build strong communities that walk alongside survivors like Jacob - offering support, belonging, and the chance for a fresh start.

Jacob once lived alone under a bridge after addiction cost him his job, his family, and his home.

Today, his story looks completely different. Through the support of Change Makers, Jacob found healing in Jesus, rebuilt his life, built a home with his own hands, and is now reunited with his daughter. 🏠

He’s now a husband, a father, and someone who helps others find hope too.
