The first Y4 taster session went better than we could have ever anticipated with a total of 45 young people attending!

At this session they decorated cupcakes and keyrings, played outside with the parachute and obviously played a round of footie! ⚽️

Thank you for your patience at sign-in today, it should be easier next week.. If you’ve completed a form for your young person, you can drop and go if you wish!

Please note that due to children using the grounds for playing, we ask that any parents using their car for dropping off, picking up or staying, please use the car park at the Academy next door. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this! 🙂

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our animal evening last night with Nathan's Animal Encounters.

The young people all had a wonderful time handling and asking questions about his animal friends! Thank you to the Committee for organising his visits, and to Nathan for coming along.

Nathan does private parties as well as visiting organisations like us, so please keep him in mind for the next party you plan. He’s an absolute pro, and his animals are always a hit! 🐍🦎🕷️

Nathan's Animal Encounters is back tonight for a very special, extended session at Hethersett Youth Club!

To make sure everyone has the opportunity to have some time with his animal friends, the Committee have agreed to start the Y5 & Y6 session at 5:15pm for this week only, running until the usual time of 7:15pm.

(If 5:15pm doesn’t work for your family, please feel free to bring along your young person any time from then.)

Please note - the later session for high schoolers will run as normal, from 7:30pm - 9pm.

Nathan's Animal Encounters makes a return to Hethersett Youth Club tomorrow (Friday 24th April) with his animal, insect and reptile friends!

His visit tomorrow is for young people of high school age, but we have plans for him to visit the Wednesday groups next week.

He’ll be at our session from 7 - 8:30pm.. Are you brave enough to come along too? 💪

Great fun was had at last weeks sessions!

Don’t forget that this week is the last week of Youth Club before the Easter break.

I’ll pop our meeting times in the comments, I hear that hot dogs are on the agenda for Friday.. 🌭😋

Please consider hiring the Hethersett Youth Centre Hall for your next event, occasion, party, or if you’re contemplating starting up a regular class or group.

All money raised from the hall goes back into running Youth Club, and the maintaining of the hall itself. 🙂
