Some of you may remember Katie, our Youth Worker who stepped down earlier in the year when she fell pregnant..

Well, on Saturday 8th August, baby Violet decided to make an early appearance! 💜

Congratulations Katie, from everyone at Hethersett Youth Centre. We look forward to welcoming Violet to Youth Club sessions in a few years! 😂

We’re coming to the end of another school year, which only means one thing.. Last sessions this week at Youth Club, with some added pizazz to celebrate! 🥳

Wednesday 15/7/26 (5:45 - 7:15pm) - Yr 5 & 6s.. Pizza night! 🍕

Wednesday 15/7/26 (7:30 - 9pm) - Yr 7+.. Pizza! 🍕

Friday 17/7/26 (7 - 8:30pm) - Yr 7+.. Water fight! 🚿

Friends of Hethersett Jubilee Youth Centre PC James and PC Tom from Norfolk Constabulary were back again last night to say hello to the young people!

They spent some time with them doing some axe-throwing (don’t worry, plastic axes!😅) in the shade indoors, and then with a little time left, gave them a short tutorial with the mobile speed camera system! There were a few funny looks from people driving by.. 🤣

PC James and PC Tom hope to make a return visit soon, and come back with their speed camera kit so that more young people can have a turn.

Massive thanks to them both for dropping by, it really does make the session more exciting for them all!

Just a quick notice to let you all know that Youth Club WILL be running tonight as planned.

We have water and squash constantly available for the young people to help themselves to, and there will be ice pops available to purchase for just 20p from the tuck shop.

We do ask that all young people attend with hats and sun cream applied please.

We do all we can to persuade them to make smart choices, however that has its limitations!

Let’s not let this heatwave ruin our fun! ☀️
