Kundalini yoga is a class that will enable you to connect to yourself within, we work with movement, mantra and breath, it is for complete beginner to advanced so please feel free to come along and try, classes are £7 and run Sunday mornings at 9am- 10am please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket for relaxation. Dazzle panels finished. Thank you to the volunteers who conceived and carried out this project to disguise the ugly waste bin cage. Hooe the lical residents like it.
